A Colorado Bureau of Investigations criminal records check reveals an arrest for DWAI. Would an FBI criminal background check reveal this as well? Would a records check from another state? Thanks much.

This is not even considered a misdemeanor in the state of Colorado, so I wonder if I should ever mention it on job apps.
